SECOORA members, please review and provide comment by January 29, 2010 to Debra Hernandez (debra@secoora.org). The following attachments are for your consideration and use in the review process.

- Ch 4: Explains who is participating in U.S. IOOS, how they contribute to U.S. IOOS development & execution, and how to track their progress
- Ch 5: Describes the path to be taken to reach the destination of full U.S. IOOS operational capability
